Maintenance Technician

The Beach Club Hotel is one of the area's most prestigious hotels. Our beautifully maintained building is located on the Beach and Boardwalk in Ocean City, New Jersey. We are currently seeking a full time and Part time Maintenance Technician to maintain our high standards of safety, quality and reliability.
Must be able to perform all tasks including painting, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and carpentry. Knowledge or ability of HVAC is a plus. They should have excellent verbal and written communications.
Candidates must be able to physically endure hours of walking, climbing and standing daily. Must be able to lift heavy objects of at least 25lbs.
Job Duties include:
Report any maintenance concerns for repairs to the building Manager.
Perform maintenance of public spaces, guest rooms, back of house areas, pools and grounds.
Perform repairs of furniture, fixtures and equipment throughout the building.
Resolve complaints and guest issues in a timely helpful manner.
Follow all company safety, security policies and procedures.
Support other departments as needed.
Requirements include:
High School diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years hands-on technical work experience in areas such as painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC. Hotel experience a plus.
Must be able to pass background check.
