Maintenance Technician

Bright's Villa, a multi-family rental housing development consisting of 141 housing units, located in Atlantic City, NJ is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate shall be a part of a team responsible for implementing an effective maintenance program that ensures the long-term preservation of the property.

The successful candidate for this position shall have at least 2 years of experience in residential construction and/or multi-family housing property maintenance. The candidate must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills required for the position.
