PERSONNEL DIRECTOR
responsible for all human resources functions in the City, personnel policies, procedures, employee evaluations, recruitment, salary plans & job classifications coordinate training, conducts employee hearings, investigate personnel problems, complaints, etc. liaison between State of NJ and City must have exceptional analytical, decision making & writing skills. Five (5) years government or public HR supervisory experience. Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree.

PUBLIC WORKS SUPERINTENDENT
performs all administrative & supervisory duties of maintenance, establish safety precautions, inspects ongoing & completed work, prepares reports, supervises the use of equipment, materials & supplies, manage stormwater, mechanic & parks & playground divisions, familiar with DEP regulations, able to work with private contractors & engineers. Must have five (5) years supervisory experience in the construction, maintenance & repair of streets, sewer, water, sanitation or other public works facilities. CDL required & CPWM preferred.
