Physical Therapist
Coastal Physical Therapy & Wellness is a premier outpatient physical therapy clinic in Brigantine, NJ providing rehabilitative care for a variety of conditions including orthopedic, neurological, pre/post-operative, and more. We are seeking a full-time or part-time physical therapist to join our team!
Position duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude
- Must be able to thoroughly evaluate patients, identify individual needs and goals, & create individualized and effective plans of care
- Provide motivation and encouragement to patients throughout their plan of care
- Effectively communicate with patients, therapists, front office staff, physicians and other pertinent medical professionals, families, etc.
- Ability to adapt to meet the needs of different patients and personalities
- Able to practice discretion and maintain patient confidentiality in accordance to HIPPA
- Comply with federal and state regulations
Requirements and qualifications:
- Graduate of an APTA accredited physical therapy graduate program
- A current and valid New Jersey Physical Therapy license
- Good to excellent manual therapy skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- CPR certified is a plus
