HOUSE STAFF

Seasonal (June-September) Full- and Part-time Needed-Saratoga Springs, NY. Full charge housekeeping skills. Setting and/or serving a formal table. Good with pets. Some weekends and flexible with normal work schedule, as needed. Starting rate $16/hr. Please contact: zimmabail@gmail.com

Traditional duties: General cleaning, including dusting, making beds, laundry and ironing, etc. In a more formal home, the care of valuables such as silver, crystal, china, etc., as well as greeting guests and preparing for dinner.

Today’s duties: A housekeeper may grocery shop, run errands.

These important positions are primarily responsible for the cleaning tasks in the home. They will usually follow a daily routine and have good knowledge of cleaning methods and the proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment. Good organization and ability to prioritize are important. Depending on the home other duties such as light food preparation, shopping and errands may become part of the job.

Generally this is a live out position and candidates are sourced locally.

As with Household Manager, the Personal Assistant duties will vary in every employment situation.
