The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to contribute to process enhancement initiatives.

  • Accounting Specialist Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
    • 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience
    • Proficiency in Excel
    • Quick adaptability to new systems
    • Enthusiasm for process enhancement within AP/AR
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

 

  • Duties: • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions • Handle collections and ensure timely payments • Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records • Execute journal entries to validate financial data integrity • Provide backup support for payroll operations • processing company commissions – Account reconciliations and analysis- Drive paperless process improvement initiatives within AR/AP.
