REM Woodvale, Inc. covers a large area of South MN including Mower, Fillmore, Freeborn, Dodge and Steele counties overseen by local offices in Austin, Albert Lea and Kasson, MN with the Regional Office located in Owatonna, MN. Other counties may be served through host county concurrence agreements. Individuals with a wide array of needs are served by REM Woodvale, Inc, including: brain injury, mental health issues, intellectual developmental disability (including autism spectrum disorders) and other neurological or physical disabilities. Funding for services is generally covered by county waivers (CADI, TBI NF, TBI NB, MR/RC, EW), workers compensation, private pay or other insurance. Programs provided in each area may include: Community Supportive Living homes (24/7 care), In Home Hourly services, ICF/MR and Family Supportive Services including parent training and mentoring with children with disabilities.
