Job Summary

Assist the Head Coach with all aspects of leading a competitive NCAA DIII Women’s Basketball program. This position requires a commitment towards the student athletes on court preparation, academic achievement, and community involvement while adhering to NCAA DIII bylaws and Salisbury University Athletic standards.

Authority and Accountability

This position reports to the Head Women’s Basketball coach and ultimately to the Director of Athletics.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

Related experience working with college student-athletes and strong foundational knowledge of NCAA Division III Women’s basketball rules and regulations

Strong Leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent time management and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

First Aid/CPR

Strong computer skills, experience with software related to recruitment of prospective student-athletes

This is a contractual full-time exempt State position with a limited benefits package. The salary will be commensurate with experience & qualifications.
