Job Summary

Supervise all aspects of the Salisbury University Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) program. Advise the four governing councils; oversee Order of Omega; and all joint council efforts (programming board, presidents' meetings etc). Serve as an advisor and risk management resource/trainer for clubs and organizations: serve the students and the University community on issues relating to FSL including risk management, recruitment, community service, academic support, leadership development and compliance with university policies.

Authority and Accountability

Reports to Director of CSIL, Tricia G. Smith. Position supervises up to two graduate assistants.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR one (1) to three (3) years of related experience and a Master’s degree in Student Affairs, Higher Education, Student Personnel, Counseling or a related field. Preferred Qualifications

Familiar with event management systems, student organization management software, and campus recruiter software.
