2021 Season bonus
$750 full time / $500 part time
Join us before May 31st and remain employed and in good standing* through September 30th (October 31st for banquet staff) to receive this bonus. Employees hired after May 31st but start before July 1st will still be eligible for the bonus on a prorated basis.
KITCHEN TEAM
Sous Chef/Pastry Chef: Competitive salary based on experience.
Cooks (Breakfast, Pizza, Prep, Line, Pastry) $18 - $22/hour
Dishwashers: $16/hour
MAINTENANCE TEAM
Hotel Maintenance Engineer:
$15 - $18/hour
FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM
Seasonal Banquet and Food & Beverage Managers: Competitive salary based on experience.
Banquet Captain: $21/hour
Banquet Bartenders: $18/hour
Banquet Servers: $18/hour
Banquet Housemen: $17/hour
Bartenders and Servers: $4.13/hour plus tips
Service Assistants: $5.25/hour plus tips
GUEST SERVICES
Room Attendants / Lobby Attendants / Hotel Housemen: $17/hour
Concierge: $14/hour
Front Desk Agents: $14-16/hour
Valet: $14/hour, plus tips

*GOOD STANDING: Adheres to all Refined Hospitality policies and procedures, is meeting performance expectations, has no attendance/ punctuality disciplinary action. Full Time is employees regularly scheduled 30+ hours per week, Part Time is employees regularly scheduled 15+ hours per week, in two or more shifts. Bonus will be paid in the payroll following the program end date and is considered taxable income.
