Our company is looking for a Temporary Administrative Assistant to complete general office administration duties. This is a short-term assignment. Our ideal candidate is professional and customer service-oriented that can complete data entry, scanning, invoicing, and general office duties and answer phones in a timely and professional manner. The candidate should have the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment as well as the ability to work well independently.

Temporary Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

  • Office administration duties, including but not limited to invoicing, scanning documents, and performing data entry
  • Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate with customers as needed
  • Organizing and filing documents and other organizational tasks as assigned
  • Provides general administrative support to different departments as required

Temporary Administrative Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED certificate
  • Proficiency in Outlook and related Microsoft Office programs
  • Typing skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
