Job Description

The Assessment and Accreditation Coordinatoris responsible forcoordinating and administering computer-based assessments and coordinatingthe accreditation-related quality improvement processes carried out by the Office of Assessment and Quality Improvement.The Assessment and Quality Improvement Office is a small, team-oriented office, with experienced people to help you along the way.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • scheduling, ordering, and administering standardized, computer-based assessments for the medical education and physician assistant programs
  • support course faculty and coordinators in using the online assessment software program to develop internally written, computer-based exams
  • coordinates with SOM stakeholders to collect data and communicates regarding status of accreditation elements and program performance improvement plans, analyzes and displays data in meaningful ways to support SOM leaders in making quality improvement changes
  • provides administrative support for the development and submission of all LCME accreditation-related reports and correspondence

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary range: $21.28-$25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity.
