Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant
The successful candidate is required to reside in New Jersey within one year of employment.
Salary is in accordance with established guide. Application deadline is April 3, 2023.
Duties: Reports to the Special Education Director; evaluates, classifies, and recommends programs for pupils; serves as a member of the Child Study Team and educational consultant to teachers, principals and parents; administers educational and perceptual testing to all referrals and as recommended for an evaluation plan in re-evaluations; addresses assigned extra-duty cases in addition to daily contractual duties; related duties as assigned.
Requirements: New Jersey Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant certification. Teaching experience. Strong communication and technology skills.
